Tax Loss Cover IR35

IR35 is legislation introduced by the government in 2000 which allows the Revenue to tax some contractors as though they are employees of their clients. Contractors found to be subject to IR35 pay significantly more tax, reducing their take home pay by up to 25%.

Ensure that your freelance and contracting clients are fully covered against IR35 by offering Tax Loss Cover.

Where a PFP Policy is in place we will undertake a review of the existing contracts for a fixed fee agreed in advance.  Suggestions for improvements will be made where necessary.

Once a contract has been approved a further premium can be paid to insure against any loss of tax should the contract be successfully attacked by HMRC.
